"STAY AWAY- NOT PROFESSIONAL OR COMPETANT! My sons father passed on March of 2022. We went to Mr. Mather for probate as there was no will. We were stalled constantly on the status of filing for my son's letters of administration so he could begin settling his father's estate. We were told on 3 occasions that the letters were in the mail, only to find out from the Surrogate Court after we called that they had never been ordered. So it is now August of 2022 and my son has to go to Madison County and pick up papers himself. We also went to Onondaga county after receiving paperwork and transferred his father's home ourselves. We were completely ghosted no phone calls or emails returned, and never in his office when we stopped by. It is now June 2023 and my son received a letter from the court that a list of assets was never filed with his application and he has 60 days to do so or have his administration papers rescinded. This guy is a total joke as a lawyer and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. One star marked only because I had to click something for it to post. LOL EDIT The last email responded to by you was June of 2022, I have several others between then and November when you were fired. Several unanswered messages left on your machine. Yes I stopped in unannounced due to the lack of response. I am not so unintelligent as to post a review without being able to back up my claims."
