"9/13/23 Purchased two large sliding glass doors from Atrium through herzog's. Look forward to getting back to a five-star review but for now we can't use our house as intended, and while the customer service at herzog's is still really good, we're not getting any movement from their vendor Atrium Who makes the doors. Original post You want to see the difference of good old-fashioned customer service as compared to the box stores like Lowe's and Home depot? Visit Herzog's and give them a chance. The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is knowledgeable. This is going to seem hard to believe, but they actually answer their phones every single time you call them. Good luck getting that from Lowe's or Home depot. I wish I knew about i Herzoggs when we first started our renovation but you can be sure that we will be doing the second portion of our renovation through this Home Center. My experience was with Joe and the paint department and another Joe in the tool department, thank you Herzog's!"
