"Our main doctor is Dr. Kim and we LOVE him. He's kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. When we had urgent visits and when Dr. Kim was not available, we visited other doctors - they were all great. I see a lot of comments about receptionists - they can be better but I've never had enjoyable experience with receptionists in ANY doctor's office. In fact, they are above average I would say. Anyway, I highly recommend Forest Hills Pediatrics."

"The doctors are all wonderful here, however, the phone line is absolutely HORRIBLE. The majority of the time, you cannot get through. I have frequently had to wait up to one hour just for someone to pick up the phone. When you get to the office, the front desk is completely free, and no one is on the phone. PLEASE MANAGEMENT, fix this problem!! It's absolutely terrible when you have a sick child and cannot make a simple appointment to see the doctor. As a result, we just end up taking him to urgent care for service because no one in this office answers the phone. Absolutely considering switching doctors over this issue, which is ridiculous because the doctors are great here. It's a complete rarity to call this office and have someone answer the phone like a regular doctor's office should."

"We switched over when our long term pediatrician retired last winter. We were apprehensive after reading some reviews however our experience has been excellent. Whether on the phone or at the front office we were always greeted timely, professionally, and with sensitivity. Dr Kasin is also wonderful. We couldn't be happier"
