The most recent was the replacement of our flooring in our upstairs landing and hallway. From the minute we stepped in the very nice showroom till the day they finished our floor they were professional and always focused on doing a great job. We love our new flooring and are also happy with the earlier project of replacing our library carpet. "After reading rave reviews from customers, we decided to choose Messner Flooring for our carpet to replace our 15 year old carpet that was installed prior to our purchasing our current house. From start to finish, Jessica, who was VERY knowledgeable in carpet types and weaves gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision. We chose Karastan carpets because of their great sale and rebates and the quality of their product. Financing was smooth and communications from Jessica was immediate and informative. Then came the day of the install. Jack, our installer, was experienced and answered all or questions. He was meticulous in his work and was thorough in his cleanup. We had our 3 bedrooms and hall and stairs installed. We could not ask for more from Messner Flooring. Needless to say, we were "floored" by their professionalism, their down-to-earth attitude and their kindness. "We just can’t say enough about how happy we are with our floors from Messner. We were greeted by Jessica, who could not have been nicer. She is professional and knowledgeable with every aspect of the process. She sent us home with samples and after we picked out our favorite, Al came out to measure. Al was amazing! He also is personable and knowledgeable with measuring and seeing what we needed for the installation. Messner contacted us when our floors arrived and we set up the installation date. Dave and his son Bill arrived and they also were an amazing team. They worked non stop getting our floors and molding installed. What a pleasure our whole experience was with Messner Flooring.
