"Terrible service. This store is not capable of anything other than throwing a bunch of Amazon returns into a bin. If you want any other service from them, their policies and procedures change on a whim. They say one thing but do another. The manager, Jorge told me three different stories about the procedure that would need to be followed to receive a package in their store. My package ended up being refused by him twice even though I did exactly what he said - even after I asked him to verify the procedure IN WRITING and he did. Oh, and they say you can email them? Don’t bother, he told me himself they don’t read those emails (his excuse for why my package was refused the first time - because I emailed them instead of calling them.)"
