"Con artist con artist con artist! Went there with chronic stuffiness, I couldn't breathe in the doctors office. He looked up my nose, said I'm fine, handed me a demo bottle of saline spray and sent me off. They billed me 1100 dollars for a 10 minute visit and my insurance refused to cover due to the obscene cost. Now they're sending it to debt collectors, if I had known they were going to charge me like this I would of went elsewhere, I only went here because they accepted my insurance. Guess it doesn't matter what they accept if they price it so high none will pay"

"Be careful with their billing and hidden charges. Even though we were in their system, but not there within three years, they nailed us for a large new patient fee $200. They never mentioned the additional "new customer" fees. I guess they expect you'll go to them as often as your general practitioner. Ask for the charges up front, they have creative billing practices. Times and insurances have changed, watch what your doc bills you for. We were billed out of pocket $360 for a twenty minute visit (sat in the waiting room longer) with nothing major needing follow up. UPDATE: 3 weeks later after sending an email like requested…crickets. I got the bill reminder though. If you’re going to reply to your negative review that someone will reach out, here’s a tip…have someone reach out."

"I was so happy with the care that I received at the office today. Dr. Yoffe was amazing. I had a Peri-tonsilar abscess that needed to be drained and I had a pretty rough time with attempting to take care of it prior at a different facility . She took the time to throughly go through my paperwork, look at my scans, and find the method that would work for me. She provided excellent patient-centered care, the utmost professionalism, and great bed side manner. I aspire to be as much as an excellent healthcare provider as Dr. Yoffe she is truly amazing. She went above in beyond to patiently work with me and obtain equipment that I needed for my comfort. I am so grateful for Dr. Yoffe as well as the front and rear staff because welcoming environment, cleanliness, and professionalism made all that I went through worth it to have the opportunity to know what patient care should truly be like and aspire to provide. "Love love love Dr. Michael Bergstein! For the past 10 months before I finally made an appointment to see an ENT, my nose was just an ornament on my face - I was congested, having trouble breathing, and could barely smell. I had to have surgery for my deviated septum and enlarged adenoids. Three weeks post surgery and I'm already breathing better and smelling better, I'll need a little more time to be at 100 percent. I highly recommend Dr. Bergstein for those reasons alone but honestly what I wish to rave more about is what a lovely human being he is. He listens, answers questions, explains, and even called me the night of after my surgery to see how I was feeling and if that's not enough, he provides every single way to contact him in case you ever need anything. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the staff were also so great and helpful, especially Jeanine who coordinates all of the officer's surgeries."
