"The people leaving bad reviews here need to chill out. First of all, the employees working here are great and I've never had a problem with the plethora of returns I've dropped off here. I get much worse service and far less warmth in personality at the post office. The parking for this shopping center may not be the best but it's not the worst either, and it's kind of a rule of thumb there that if you're just dropping something off you just park in the front of the store. No biggie. Literally everyone does it for all the stores in this shopping center. Anyway, this is a great ups! The employees are friendly and efficient and I appreciate them :)"
