"I went to get my fingerprinting done today and left humiliated and crying on March 17, 2023 @ 11:50am. The young lady who was to do my fingerprinting saw me standing and didn’t acknowledge me, which I brushed aside. She addressed a white gentleman behind me, ‘with Sir, you can sit and I will attend to you’. I eventually sat down and waited. When I was then helped, and fingerprinted, I made her aware that my prints usually came out light. She told me that it was more than likely that I would have to come back, which was disappointing. The moment I said that to her, she didn’t seem to want to help me get the prints done properly. I’ve been to this location before years ago, a young gentleman had the same issue but he tried to help and was successful.This young blond woman, she didn’t seem to have a care. My last a final encounter with this woman, I was asked to take off my headband that has a wig attached. I let her know quietly, because there were other people sitting that I can’t just take my wig off. My face was visible and I’ve never had a problem before. The whole 2 minute ordeal was humiliating and I left there without getting it done, I won’t be going back and I also let my job know how I was made to feel. I tried calling the customer service hotline, but I waited on the phone for 36 minutes with no response. No one should be made to feel discriminated against and humiliated, left in tears as I did today. To that young woman, ‘you truly are a very miserable person and with your behavior, I’m sure your karma will be swift’."

"Everyone is friendly and super helpful. The reviews about attitudes and waiting outside is because there are a couple other businesses running within their walls. The shipping staff is excellent and I go here whenever possible. Their private mailboxes are reasonably priced as well"
