Walked Mom through it all and was pleasant and extremely respectful. She asked for guidance from others professionals in the office to ensure that my Mom was fully apprised of all that was happening. Fully thrilled with Mary and will be returning to her!"

"Absolute worst experience this year. Not only did the new manager not tell my tax agent I was in the building trying to finalize my taxes so my taxes were pushed back but when I call today to see if there is a problem with my taxes that were still not approved from 3 1/2 weeks ago, the man who answers tells me “ask the government “ my agent wasn’t going to be in till Friday. What a complete joke. I can promise I will NEVER be back to this place and I am highly upset I need to give you money out of my taxes for such poor service!"

Told me I owed a ridiculous amount of money to the federal government & the state! All year I’ve been making payments to them. Come to find out H&R Block screwed up!"

"I had my taxes done today feb 6 2020 by Alan Gibbs my other tax person left company if I could give a o rating I would what a terrible experience let me tell you why want tax advice cause I retire in Jan wanted know how much tax take out of my pensions well he told me go to financial advisor so I called hr block in Poughkeepsie they gave me advice on phone what a nice woman why couldn’t mr Gibbs give me advice why he didn’t want to be bothered the service cost me 337.95 what a waste of my money I will not step in the Hyde park office again a little advice hr block you need to do right thing I have been going to you for couple years now my name is Robert price"
