He had it all ready, was waiting for us when we got to our 6:00 appointment. He took us right in. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I liked that they have a monitor that i can see exactly what he sees. Nothing hidden from us. Transparency above and beyond. We had a 6:00 and were early and due to being able to upload all and him having it ready, we were done by 6:07. win win"
