"Inside a staples. Could be inside Disney world—still wouldn’t make it a happy place. The only good thing about it is the hours. Employees don’t wear name tags so I can’t tell you who helped me, but it’s a man with glasses and grey hair. Terrible employee should get fired. There were 4 people waiting and he was working on a computer, then picked up a phone call, and never told either one of us to wait second. We were invisible up until 15 mins after when he was free."

"Always use them when I'm in NY! They make it very convenient to return or drop off packages through UPS. The only downfall is that it's inside Staples so if you don't know UPS is there you won't know to go there."
