"Ed Brenner and Kim were fabulous. It was our first stop to replace our hospital bed and after an informative presentation, we were about to leave to go to two other stores nearby but Ed persuaded us to at least lie on a bed. Wow. Then when we were disappointed to learn one of the pillows we liked were no longer being sold, Kim recalled there were two in the back. We tried two other beds but the M7 was "it" for us. Great store, great "hosts.""
