"I bought a raynor chair from Staples a few years ago because it had a tag stating "LIFETIME WARRANTY". Recently the leg / wheel broke so I called the company to receive that warranty. I was told to submit pictures of my warranty card and the issue/product. I received a little bit or resistance but it is a 7-year old model. After some investigating the fine folks at Raynor sent me the part. Ultimately this chair has made me happier and healthier and combined with raynors willingness to step-up to the plate and stand behind their product, I would buy another chair from them without hesitation."
