"I bought 2 beds from Bed Quarters a few years back. I thought I had a problem with the remote of one of them (turned out I just needed to swap the battery...) and called them in a panic because I am bringing a loved one home from a long hospital stay and needed it working. They are just such amazing people there! I can't believe the time taken to troubleshoot with me and the advice given for the whole situation I am in, needing for some things to possibly be changed around to accommodate my loved one. There is no way that a big box store would ever have been able to help me like this and it helped me calm down because the logistics were sorted out and under control with Bill's, one of the owners, help. He is a gem, not sure how else to describe him! Anyway, I'll never go anywhere else for beds and such! Thank you, Bed Quarters!"

"I have been shopping at bed quarters for nearly 30 years. I purchased 4-5 mattresses and boxsprings in that time. Of course of I don't have to go that often because the mattresses last for years and years. But I have 4 people in my family. Every time I step in the door to Bed Quarters, I am treated like family. I usually deal with Jim. The service is always impeccable, as is the place itself. Clean, inviting, and just an overall great experience. The last time I bought a mattress, I slept on it for 8 months before I realized it was just too firm and was really bothering my back. No Problem to bed Quarters, though. After 8 months, Jim replaced it for me anyway. I just bought another mattress. I will never go anywhere else as long as I am alive and they are in business. Even the delivery guys are outstanding in their professionalism and service. Bed Quarters still has that old fashion business etiquette of great service and treating the customer as if their very existence depends on the people who shop there. It's so rare to find these days with anyone else. I can't say enough great things about this place. Get your mattress there. You won't be sorry!!"
