The Starwood Inn 1630 Lakeland Avenue, Bohemia, NY 11716

"When I stayed here I found blood splatters above the shower in hot tub room on the ceiling, I also found a broken meth pipe behind my bed, and a glass jar full of dried blood and some crystalline substance, probably from someone shooting up meth too, they only give you 2 pillows that have no support at all, and when I payed 60$ for late checkout and decided only an hour later I wanted to stay a whole extra day he made me pay 180 on top 60 after only an hour passed, also when I was there some guy was honking his horn for 15 mins straight and then this girl was screaming her head off crying about being abused and calling the cops for another 30 mins after that right outside my room at 6am.... And thid was why.i was extra annoyed he didn't give me a break on the late checkout I barely got any sleep from that girl , Overall the hot tub was great and clean, but I also found a used bandaid on my carpet too which makes me think they barely clean the floors"

"Outdated rooms but seems generally clean. This falls under "you get what you pay for" guy at the front desk seemed nice enough. And it looks like there doing some renovations they have workers doing stuff to the building so that's a positive. Deff needs more then some new paint tho. Location is okay there's a diner across the street and a gas station that's like a 10 to 15min walk. I like that they give you soaps and shampoo and conditioner."

"Very small roadside inn. We heard from the locals the motel was rough but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was nice in good shape fine for just a one night stay. Centrally located and the staff is nice."

"Extremely well-done renovation of the room. (Still smelled slightly of paint, and they hadn't replaced the vanity mirror.) Absolutely clean. Looked a little sketchy outside."

"I'm going to give everyone a little advice. First of all you get what you pay for, if you were or are too cheap or you can't afford the bigger name hotel and think this is going to be the same you are crazy. Now when you call this motel or any motel/hotel ask if they have hourly rates if they say yes you are not going to get a top rated motel you are getting the bare minimum and don't expect it to be spotless and in good order."
