"My husband and I spent a week here in September. We had a wonderful experience. The room was a good size and had been recently renovated and decorated. There was plenty of space and the king bed was very comfortable. The staff were very caring and easy to speak with. We even got phone calls to be sure we were not lacking anything. I will surely stay here the next time I visit my friend in the area."

"I stayed here with all my guests for my wedding 9/1/23. Everything was perfect. Waking up in the morning and feeling like we are directly on the water was amazing in the bridal suite. All my guests were very happy with the convenience and enjoyed hanging out on their property before and after the wedding. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfy."

"We are former Sayville residents, as we grew up here. We have been booking monthly stays here for the past several years. Our recent July stay in room 10 was again awesome. Patty and the ladies that work there go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room is clean and whatever extras you need, they are happy to oblige. It's convenient to all as you have the Great South Bay directly across the street, Sayville Beach is across the street, the ferries are around the corner, and local Main St Sayville dining is just a mere 5-minute drive through the back streets of south Sayville. So it's in a great location. The stay is affordable as well. Call Patty up and book a room. To us, it's like staying at a Montauk motel. You won't go wrong. "Very convenient place to stay after a wedding. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little too firm and it could have used more pillows which we would have asked for if the office was still open when we got there. But otherwise, we were very impressed. The staff called me the day of to confirm we were doing a late checkin and that are key would be in our room. I would have given 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable. Overall very nice place."

"Super easy access to the ferry to Fire Island. Really comfortable and large rooms. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Good prices for our two summer stays. Love the space, mini fridge, king beds, easy parking. The rooms are dated but the price evens that out. Thanks!."
