"Place is disgusting. Nonsmoking room smells like an astray, old food in the fridge, dirty floors. They recently tried to renovate which is why I gave it 2 starts instead of 1. For $150/night much much better establishments in Long Island City. Place should be converted if not already to a shelter. Just being honest."

"This place was disgusting and creepy. Once we got there, the TV was not working someone had to come in and try to fix it. It took him about an hour to try to figure that out. I had someone banging on my door 3 o’clock in the morning was not able to sleep, so we proceeded to leave the residence. Requested to receive a partial refund because we were not satisfied. I was told that they do not have a refund policy as well as I requested a managers name. The lady at the front desk intern tells me they have a policy where they cannot give a name. Since when Because any establishment you should be able to receive a managers name as well as the front desk person’s name this has been the worst experience. Will not be going back."

"Not sure why the low rating.. it's really nice, the floors are heated and they have beautiful fireplaces on the ends of the halls. The shower is glass with 2 heads, the bed is super comfy and a HUGE TV! And off street parking. Was inexpensive as well! Will def be back"

"I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this hotel. It's difficult to find a single positive aspect of my stay. First and foremost, there were bed bugs in the room, and I have photographic proof of this. Despite presenting evidence, the hotel staff accused me of lying, showing a complete lack of concern for the issue. The bathroom was in a terrible state, broken and in dire need of maintenance. The room itself had an overwhelming odor of weed, making the environment uncomfortable for my family, especially with children present. To make matters worse, we encountered people walking around the hotel naked, which was highly inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially with kids in tow. Adding to the disappointment, the hotel staff's behavior was consistently rude and unhelpful. They refused to provide a refund even after seeing the evidence of bed bugs and ignoring the multiple issues we faced during our stay. Lastly, the hotel is located in an unsafe area, which only added to our discomfort and anxiety. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of bed bugs, broken facilities, a weed-infused atmosphere, inappropriate behavior from other guests, uncooperative staff, and an unsafe neighborhood made this a truly terrible experience. It's best to avoid this establishment at all costs."

"I am writing this while currently here, waiting anxiously for the rest of my group to get up so I can leave, This place is FLITHY! Do not be fooled by the lobby. The entire building smelled like pot (which I don’t really care, but other people may). We came for a concert last night, essentially dropped our bags off and left for the show. Before we left, we noticed burn holes (either from cigarettes or the pot roaches we found on the floor). Came back after the show, and noticed how dirty the floor is. I am thankful I brought sandals so I had something to slip on because I do not want to be walking on the floor. Shower floor is gross. Stains on the hand AND body towels. Needless to say, I will not be taking a shower. The pillow smells like cigarettes. Stains all over wall and door in bathroom. Pulled out the night stand to get an outlet. You can tell it has not been cleaned in awhile. The rest of my group is in another room. Their air stopped working and they had to call the front desk( again, we came back from a concert so it was late). None of their outlets work except for the one in the bathroom. I find it hilarious the owner commented back on one of the complaints saying they take pride in their work. Buddy, if this is how you show it, I’d hate to see how you live. Nothing in this room screams of pride."
