"Such a great hotel! Very cozy, quiet, and affordable. The staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome. I loved the binder full of information and the channel list! Well informed and the room smelled amazing!! The cleaning crew is phenominal! Overall such a great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"I was laying in bed and noticed this red stain. It was very startling and I’m hoping it wasn’t blood. I would normally have contacted the front desk about something like this but I knew they were packed full so all they could do is give me another pillow (there were other seemingly clean ones). The rest of the bed seemed cleaned so I (hopefully) assumed that the pillow case was washed and cleaner didn’t notice the stain. The rest of the room was fairly clean but regardless a stain like that definitely warrants a 1 star in my book."

"We had a bit of an issue with our 3rd party reservation, but it was efficiently resolved. The staff here are all friendly and personable, and the room was very clean. No pool, but there is a nice breakfast in a lovely cafe-like breakfast room. And, it is an easy on/off for the Northway/Rte 87. Will definitely be back!"

"Went with our family to do some hiking in New Palz and stayed here. It was great. Not too expensive and they let us book just one night. It is near the highway but the noise did not bother us at all. Everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"Apparently the prices of this place can change pretty dramatically depending on how busy the area is, I guess, but for the price we paid, it was a pretty good deal. Very clean and the staff was nice. Reason for only 4 stars is because the bed was a little uncomfortable and they only gave us 2 towels for 2 people staying 2 nights. A little picky, I know, but just trying to make it an honest review. Honestly, though, considering the prices of the other hotels in the area, this one is a really great choice. I would stay again if we came back through the area. Editing to add after the reply from the hotel reminded me. They actually do seem to take their reviews and feedback pretty seriously. I noticed that they replied to many reviews when I was reading them before my stay and while I was there I noticed things mentioned in other reviews seemed to have been purposefully addressed. One example is that one review mentioned outlets were loose and there were not enough places to charge electronics. When we stayed there were multiple additional charging stations added to the room. It looked like they were new basically portable table top charging stations with multiple different types of outlets on them on bedside tables and desks. I definitely appreciate a company that is able to take feedback!!"
