The UPS Store 3221 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard Park, NY 14127

"Unfortunately I'm giving this store a one star, the three times that I've come here they have always seem to be closed as they currently are now. It is 10:55 a.m. on Friday febuary 2nd and as I'm writing this review there have probably been seven people coming to the front of the store trying to get in and everyone turning away after looking at the store and reading the sign that clearly says they're supposeopen today."

"Fantastic service! As the sole employee waited on customers, he completed my lengthy print job with a smile. Customer service is the very best."

"This store does NOT follow the hours listed on the sign or online. They open/close as they wish. Often on Saturday’s they will open very late. I asked a business in the same shopping center about this and they said it’s very common with this location. Don’t even bother - go to a different store."

"Google says close at 3:30. Sign says close at 3:30. Arrived at 3:20 and everything is closed..thank you for wasting a 40 minute round trip of my life. What's better is someone left the same kind of review for Saturday two months ago and they haven't done a thing."

"Decent service when open, but its the 2nd time in as many months that I've gone there on a Saturday at 2pm and they were closed. Had to drive to another UPS store. Website says they are open until 3:30pm on Saturdays."
