Not only did he have phenomenal customer service, he assisted us with a very large order, troubleshooted the best packing options for cost efficiency, and had a genuine smile the whole time. The other staff member was wonderful as well, helping other customers with care and consideration."
"Absolutely worst service you could imagine. Went to return electronics to spectrum which is what I was told to do from customer service. When I finally got to the counter, the one worker yelled over to another, I assume worker, is the spectrum working? He poked his head out behind a stack of boxes he was hiding behind and while looking at his phone, he said "ahhh no". I left with my items and by then 6 more people were in line and the lazy kid on his phone sat back down behind the boxes. I called the Little Falls store and asked if their spectrum was working and I was told yes. I drove another 1/2 hour to return my electronics. The employee told me, after I explained why I drove all that way, that they always hear people complaining about Utica, shocker! I'll never go there again!!!"
