"WARNING: This place gets 90% of its business from homeless people. If you are NOT homeless, go to ANY other hotel in the Dansville area. The drive WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE and the prices will be comparable to this place. If you can at all help it, do not go here. If you absolutely HAVE to stay here, prepare for holes in your sheets, unbearable noise, and heavily-stained surfaces/floors/etc. If you are homeless or under social services, I would strongly recommend you request a change in location to the Housing Coordinator, you do not want to stay here any longer than you have to. The staff had no problem shouting at and demeaning the homeless people there at the time. There are other hotels in the area that accept those under social services and are miles ahead of where these people claim to be. YOU HAVE OPTIONS!"

"Management guy named mike was very helpful and friendly. Other guests were kind and friendly. It was bittersweet leaving Logan’s. Only thing I personally believe the price is way too high! And the owner was very rude constantly yelling at me and kids. Price shouldn’t be 120. A night with the pool and fitness center being closed. Logan’s doesn’t offer breakfast and does not have a coffee pot in the room, but there is a mini fridge and microwave. Beware owner likes to make up lies about you once you leave and because of that I will never stay here again. I even kept my room as clean as I could without a vacuum cleaner. No room service or housekeeping offered."

"I don't care that I put three stars on how the rooms are or where the location is. Because the service of the place brings the whole thing down to I would literally put no stars if it gave me the option to put no stars but I have to put one. Lady there was so rude and she put out my business like she just didn't care that you know my business is my business she just told everybody and she was really rude to me. And very judgemental and I had my kids are with me and she wouldn't even spend the night there with me she freaked out cuz she didn't want to be there because they weren't nice there. Definitely would not recommend unless they get a new owner"

"The bathrooms/locker rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Therefore it is gross to change in, the grates had weeds coming out of them. The bed was a little too soft but comfortable. The employe was looking at me like the whole time"

"Staying here was an adventure for sure. It is nice that it is right off the highway and has so many amenities but if you're not going to use the gym and the pool it really isn't worth the money. The lobby has a nice, homey feel when you first walk in but the rooms are falling apart. Some outlet covers are falling off, stains on the carpet and sheets and the bathroom was poorly designed. Instead of travel sized toiletries there are dispensers for soap and lotion on the sink plus shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. The bathroom has a heat light, which is nice but the fan sounds like a jet taking off. The only saving Grace (and the reason for 2 stars) for this place was the employees seemed to be helpful and friendly."
