"5 stars/5 diamond in customer service! We all love personalized stuff, right? I know I do. Maybe it's vanity or the need to feel special but I am all about things made especially for me. That's how I felt when I shopped for my new mattress at Island Bedding. Brandon, the young man who helped my 8yo son and I, was very attentive and listened to what I had to say. He gave personal recommendations and in the end, they suggested that what I needed, they would make, just for me. My son was extremely overjoyed by this offer because the apple didn't fall too far, I guess. He loved knowing that the bed we were getting was ours and ours alone. Anyway, as it turns out, not all back pains are alike. I chose a firm mattress believing that that's what I needed to mend my aching back. After a few nights, I realized that this wasn't so. After I saw an acupuncturist, she said that firm isn't always good and suggested I get a new mattress. Luckily for me, Brandon informed me that I had 30/60 days (I've forgotten which so don't quote me and get that nice young man in trouble,) to exchange the mattress. So I went again and this time with my 12yo football player son. His height and weight means we need a very sturdy mattress and since this mattress will be his now that I've decided I actually want a king sized mattress, I let him choose the mattress of his dreams. After many tries, they suggested another personalized bed that could handle his height and weight yet comfy and soft, which is his idea of a perfect mattress. They had me come back the next day to try it out. If it wasn't to my satisfaction, I guess they would make another. They just seem to be the type of company that really wants to go above and beyond in making their customers happy. Received my mattress the very next day. I believe they can also do same day delivery. It's a small company that's big on customer satisfaction. I don't rave much but this company is worth raving for. If you need a mattress, ask for Brandon or Abby. She's awesome too."
