"Worst experience with a store ever! We ordered couch in may 2023 we were told 6-8weeks when time was up they said they never said that (which I know for a fact they did since we had a vacation planned and we weren’t sure if we’d be around) and that it would take another 6-8 weeks. Again patiently waited when time was up that said it wasn’t ready. When we asked when it would be ready they had no answer. After several phone calls with the rudest manager Chris I finally called the credit card company and the better business bureau since it was six months and no one including the owner could give us an answer as to when the couch would be in. Vehicle Horrible customer service!!! We finally got our money back and went to Raymour and Flanigan and got a couch in 3 days!"

"Not worth the frustration. They promise you the sun to get the sale. Was told delivery was to be in the morning, now in the afternoon and have to take off to wait hours for them. Stanley's promised without following through. Hopefully my purchase is better than their word. Will never buy from here again."
"Don't go there. I ordered furniture un March now it's June and I keep getting the run around. No one calls me back to give me updates on my order. Today I expressed my dissatisfaction with the costumer service to which Chris asked me "if I was done yet" who talks to costumers like that. Unacceptable don't ever go there. I'm canceling my order. I want my money back."
"My husband went in to speak to Andrew the salesman that sold us the furniture a few hours ago. We were told 3-5 weeks for delivery it is now 8 weeks later. The manager Chris told him it takes several days to get an answer on when deliveries are available and to stop coming in the store the answer will not change. When my husband went back at him explaining we have been getting no answers he told my husband to leave the store and tried to act tough toward him with my son there. Totally unprofessional. Will never shop here again try to avoid this store at all costs."
