"Industrial Medicine Associates, PC (“IMA”) commits professional misconduct and negligence ("genocide") against people with invisible disabilities. The IMA organization examined me in connection with a previous 2016 disability determination which was unfavorable to me. To that end, consultative examiner Christopher Flach, Ph.D. of IMA performed my psychiatric examination on November 23rd, 2016, wherein he did not respect my rights as a patient and dishonestly exploited the information I furnished. In his evaluation, Dr. Flach altered my verbal testimony with limitation, offered speculation as fact, and withheld compelling objective medical evidence from being reported. The content of his report was incomplete, excluding observable psychological abnormalities in my behavior and mood (i.e. crying, body odor), and obscuring complaints I made about domestic abuse at home. Dr. Flach acted without principle and failed to conform to the accepted professional standards and practices of psychology for performing a competent examination. According to the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct (“EPPCC”), Standard 5.01(b)(6)–5.01(b)(8), psychologists are beholden to avoid making false, deceptive, or fraudulent statements concerning the clinical basis for, or results of, their services or research findings. With respect to EPPCC, Standard 9.01(a)–9.01(b), psychologists are obligated to base their medical report opinions on information sufficient enough to substantiate their findings, and only after conducting an adequate examination. Concerning EPPCC, Standard 3.04(a), psychologists must take reasonable steps to minimize and avoid harming their organization clients when it is foreseeable and unavoidable. Through great deceit, my cries for help were invalidated as unremarkable. and I was denied agency. Only go here if you're willing to be exterminated by the State's machine and at the hands of sanctioned thugs. Indemonstrable impairments like strongly confirmable (++) fibromyalgia and complex PTSD will be categorically excluded with prejudice. For initial examinations, you are able until proven disabled; for reviews, you are disabled until proven able; but their only job is to prove you're able and put it in writing. Trust no one."
