"Terrible experience, no Air Conditioner because the Dr. Doesn’t want to get cold but the patients can sweat. They have fees for everything including filing out a physical form and charged me a copay to look at my arm (2 seconds) from my PPD test 3 days later when I returned. I asked why, if that was from my physical appointment a couple of days prior and was told it was considered a visit and they charge a copay for every visit. That was part of my previous visit yet I had to pay again. Will not be a returning patient."

"Rude staff. Insulting the caller that is trying to get assistance for a youth because the staff was offended and took personally the caller being upset and irate due to their staffs prior dismissive behavior. Like literally insulting a person on the phone because a caller is aggravated by lack of assistance to a youth when youth and caller reached out prior. The staff claimed the doctor sent the transportation paperwork by fax as "courtesy" to the youth and the doctors office staff refused to be receptive of caller stating that the Medicaid transportation office has not accepted faxed forms since 2022 and only accepts them through a portal online now. So, that is not a courtesy to anyone if they don't accept faxed forms. They continued to act contrary for no apparent reason even though the information was basic. Doctor finally comes on the phone after calling back and forth from their office to Medicaid office. Doctor stops the lies and says now the real reason she won't go on the portal and fill out the paperwork She says that she doesn't want to fill it out because the youth can take public transportation ,even though he qualifies for the service through Medicaid as Medicaid informed of this more than once. Advocate explains that he qualifies regardless because of what Medicaid explained and offers a phone number for doctor to get assistance in filling out form online. This medical professional let her own opinions and bias cloud the basic assistance of getting a youth transportation to needed medical appointments when youth does not have any easy means of getting to them. Finally doctor Tells advocate not to call office again. So they did a "fake" courtesy fax ( since the office claimed that the doctor has been filling out these for a long time so then she knew very well she didn't assist in anything or she would be open to using the portal to fill out the form) and so she refused to do a real courtesy to fill out the form on the portal for the youth. The culture is weird and sad at that doctor's office. It is quite clear why their rating isn't high. I would really consider an office with at least 4.5 stars that actually care about the medical needs of youth that need support. There are so many smarter options than this. Take heed."
