"At first, I had a positive experience here. I was a patient of Dr. Singh and was initially only seen by the PA Katherine (who I liked) for some dizziness and migraines (been a patient for about 2 years). However, my experienced changed when they put me on a medication off label to treat vestibular migraine. Medication made me feel much worse, and it was impossible to get an appointment as soon as I needed it. My symptoms were debilitating. I then stopped seeing Katherine and only Dr. Singh from then on. I finally got off the medication, and all was fine for a few months. Then, I started getting severe headaches and dizziness every day for about 3 weeks. Took me a week and a half to be seen from when I called to make the appointment. Then it took a week for one of the office staff to call my insurance to get authorization for MRIs. Then, it took another week for them to call me with my results after I called them for 3 days asking for them. I ended up viewing my report on Zwanger's online portal after getting tired of waiting- to read that I have 2 aneurysms. After I call the office crying twice that day, it took them 4 hours to have a PA I had never been treated by to call me and tell me my results, during which I had to correct her because she said I only had one aneurysm when there were two. Why isn’t the doctor calling his own patients to give them results like this? I will never return to this office again, they do not care about their patients at all whatsoever. They do not even have an emergency number you can call to speak to the doctor. No urgency and no concern for the patient."
