Dan asked a series of questions to help him determine which mattress would be best and had me lie on different mattresses to see which best suited me. We spent a good amount of time with Dan and we did not feel rushed or pressured. Our medium firm mattress will be delivered tomorrow (ordered 1/30 and arrives 2/1). Will go back for sure!"
