"im so surprised about these one star reviews.. So far, Dr Mitgang as been handling my mom's care just fine. He wants to see her monthly because she lost weight. He prescribed her a perfect med to help her gain weight and sleep deeper and faster, also told her to take more ferrofood. I would give this facility 5 stars but the heat in the waiting room is UNBEARABLE! No sense in complaining to the staff either. Long wait time too!"

"It is with disappointment that I recount my experience at this medical facility. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was far from what is expected in a healthcare setting. I received conflicting information about my treatment from different nurses, creating an unnecessary level of confusion and stress. Moreover, the facility’s cash-only policy is both outdated and inconvenient, demonstrating a lack of alignment with current financial practices that largely favor digital transactions. This, coupled with exorbitantly long wait times, added to the overall frustration. The reception staff seemed largely unhelpful, unable to provide information about waiting times or the processing times for necessary documents. Instead of proactive problem-solving, their attitude suggested an acceptance of the poor level of customer service, leaving patients with the option to ‘go elsewhere’ if not satisfied. This lack of commitment towards improving patient experience is disconcerting and reflects poorly on the facility’s reputation. Given the sum of these issues, I find it necessary to assign a one-star rating, hoping this review prompts the much-needed enhancements to their patient service."

"Dr. Mitgang's incompetence killed my mother. He absolutely did cause her death. Dr. Mitgang's idiotic medical advice and extreme negligence and stupidity got my mother into the hospital and Dr. Shahkoohi helped finish her off once she was there. I trusted them. All Dr. Mitgang had to do was order one routine blood test over three months. Just one blood test, and he would have seen that his medical advice and treatment was actually killing her. But he was too incompetent to order that one blood test that would have saved her life. My mother should be alive right now and enjoying herself at home. But instead, because of Dr. Mitgang, and because of Dr. Shahkoohi too, my mother is lying cold and dead in the ground. My life has been destroyed forever too. I hope they both lose their licenses. I also hope that they just try to understand how much pain and suffering they caused because the pain is truly unbearable."

"Do not go to these doctors, Dr. Mitgang and Dr. Shahkoohi and associates. My mother is dead because of these doctors' bad advice and negligence at a time when she was still definitely healthy enough to be treated and helped. But because they could not be bothered to give proper advice over the phone and also because of the difficulty in even reaching them at all, my mother died a horrible and painful death after weeks of mistreatment and suffering in the hospital. It was these doctors' faults too and I hope G-d never forgives them. I never will."

"The doctors are great here but the STAFF is terrible and that’s being nice. I hope the doctors read these reviews because they will lose patients because of their staff. The receptionist is extremely rude doesn’t try and help you tries to rush you off the phone. My husband needs medication and he tried to call to renew prescription they won’t do it unless they see him ok fine but their hours are cut back and my husband can’t make it before 4 pm so what does the receptionist do she hangs up on him. Totally unacceptable if your working at the front desk!!!! The doctors need to be more aware of what goes on up front. ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP PEOPLE NOT HANG UP ON THEM!!! Find a new job if your that unhappy you should be thankful to have a job!!! Time to go somewhere else unfortunately"
