"Your wait time is no less than 2hrs, even for a 10min appointment. Don't bother trying to call, 20 times, they do not answer. If they do be prepared to be forgotten about on hold. The old lady that sits behind the two at window, is the nastiest of them all. I heard she's paying for it with her health now."

"Recently I went here with my wife, as she has diabetes 2 & needed a new doctor that would accept her insurance. First visit I was totally unimpressed with the front desk staff. There was no “ good morning “ no “may I help you”, just handed us a bunch of forms and asked if we were first time clients. After a 1 1/2 hour wait we chose to reschedule appointment. Second appointment same attitude at front desk, only this time they called my wife inside. As I waited for her an hour had past and other patients were coming and going but still no sign of my wife. After about 1 hour & 45 mins. I went through the door and requested to see my wife to understand what’s the holdup. They escorted me right into the doctors office where he was discussing with my wife her excessive medicines and educating her on life with diabetes. As the doctor has diabetes also. I introduced myself and he stated that it takes awhile with new patients because he likes to know the patients personally to help them at his full potential without just prescribing meds. I was totally impressed with this doctor. Please, overlook the front desk personnel as they can be pretty arrogant at times, but once you can sit with the doctor you will certainly reconsider him as you diabetic physician as we will from this day on. I also informed the front desk that my wife will be staying there because of the great doctor and they need to be more polite to patients as first impressions are everything. Doctor is from India and will happily take the time to discuss your situation with you. Truly sincere . Wishing you all the best care."

"If giving 0 stars was possible I would but I didn’t even get to see the actual doctor. I’ve been trying to find a diagnosis for 3 years with my primary so they finally referred me to this office. After a month being ill and trying unsuccessfully to get through and make an appointment, my primary’s office made one on my behalf. When I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:45 time a lot, the male staff member was busy yelling at his female coworker about an incorrectly scheduled appointment arriving at 4pm and didn’t acknowledge my presence until he finished. I checked in and was told that my name and info was in the system but that I did not have an appointment. The male with grey hair huffed at me and allowed me to fill out new patient paperwork and give my cards. At no point did he inform me of protocol or the process when a patient’s appointment gets lost. At no point did he or any of the other staff apologize for the error. A female staff member asked a question of the male so I sat down while the man complained loudly about a patient needing a doctors note. I waited til 1:45 to ask the man if there was an ETA or any information about me being seen by the doctor today and he angrily told me that he can’t see me until he has time between actual appointments and he couldn’t estimate anything. I decided based on the situation I would rather book another appointment as to not feel rushed through a hopefully life-changing consultation. As the angry man checked the calendar, the nurse came out and called me into the back. Instead of allowing me to be seen, the man shouted NO at the nurse, stopping her in her tracks as he told her she could call back anyone BUT me and that I would at least have to wait another hour. He caused a fellow patient in the waiting room to get upset about her time being skipped and caused commotion. I have never been more insulted in my life. As a person who is ill trying to sort out their health in a post pandemic world and as a new patient who deserves courtesy when the issue was no fault of their own, I am horrified that there were other patients listening and other staff members watching who said and did nothing while this man, who clearly has lack of knowledge of common decency and HIPAA laws, behaved in such a vile manner. I should have known this place was bad news— a doctor is only as good as it’s staff. I would never set foot in this office again unless it was to identify the man who behaved like this/talked to his coworkers this way. I am sure it is only a matter of time before he is served a real reality check in the form of a harassment lawsuit."

"My first appointment was fine. It was a long wait, but doctor was nice and to the point. For my 2nd appt, I arrive to their location that had a sign that they had moved. I then go to their new location which no one had informed me about. When I get there, I’m told my appointment isn’t in the system. An appointment I made almost a month ago with the gentleman that does the scheduling. Being pregnant and all, they weren’t able to accommodate me any earlier. The young lady at the front desk then tells me that the doctor is too busy to fit me in. Then an older lady in the back wants to be rude to me and tell me it’s my fault. Instead of simply apologizing for the mixup, they want to blame me! Yes, it was my fault for calling to make an appointment, waiting a month for it and showing up on time. Rude and unorganized. I really don’t need to made to look crazy when going to see a doctor. Will be looking for a new endocrinologist."
