"Can get a little crowded. This is an honest to goodness antique store. This is not a thrift store with things you would throw out over the years. This place has actual antique furniture and artwork throughout the two floors. It’s worth a visit."

"The oldest lady who works here is so so so unfriendly and downright rude. I asked about a pricing/labeling issue regarding bagged items together. Instead of listening and actually observing with her own eyes, she rudely dismissed me and a younger employee and said there was nothing wrong and the price was right. The younger employee was sweet and tried to explain to her. It clearly was incorrect. Instead of working with me and the vendor to figure this out so I could purchase something from their store that I also need, it will sit in an incorrectly labeled bag for years to come until someone else maybe complains. Sigh. Otherwise, the store has some great finds. Some things are priced higher than the Hyde Park Antique Emporium, but there are still hidden treasures in this place as well."

"My visit to the Beekman Arms Antique Market provided a fascinating exploration of vintage treasures. While the selection was vast, the organization left something to be desired. Despite this, the joy of browsing through the store was undeniable. I didn’t buy anything this time, but I did appreciate the variety."

"Two story shop filled with a wide range of items. Prices are set by individual sellers so they vary from very reasonable to silly expensive. Huge variety of goods, from clothing, jewelry and art to home goods and furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"I had a booth at an antique center in the late 1990's and all of the dealers had to work a shift. But we didn't hover over customers and follow them around like they were thieves. I don't know if this one woman was a dealer but she was very rude - she followed us so closely that I could practically feel her breath on my back. They do have a nice and eclectic selection of antiques and vintage pieces displayed with flair. I couldn't pass up a very unusual handcrafted masonic wall hanging that I think is made of sterling silver. When I asked the lady at the front whether there was an up charge for credit cards, she sarcastically said, not for you! I think this was a legitimate question since many shops do charge a small fee if you use a credit card. She didn't answer me when I asked, what do you mean?"
