"If I could give no starts I would. No respect for anyone's schedule. Apparently my visit came at the end of their office party. I was 5 minutes early, then they kept me waiting for 15 minutes of a 30 minute visit. Then when she asked me why I only scheduled a 30 minute appointment for an eye exam, she chuckled and said that you should know it takes longer than that. Their website provided no guidance and she was very cavalier about the use of my time. Best of luck but I will not be returning."
"This was my first time going to Armonk. I had heard so many wonderful stories for friends who had gone there. I loved the whole experience. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in a way no other eye doctor in my experience has. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will be traveling an hour to get this excellent care over and over again."
