"I am not normally one to write a negative review however this deserved one. My husband and I came here to look at a smaller suv. We knew from looking at their website and other reviews not to expect a whole lot from this place. First of all, we asked to see the vehicle and the young woman who gave us the keys didn’t attempt to even point us in the direction of where the car was in the lot. Not great customer service but again, not expecting much from this place. We find the car and IT DOESNT START!! I went inside and said to the young woman who gave me the keys “we are no longer interested in this vehicle because it didn’t start…” and she replies “ we can jump it for you” yea no thanks. As I’m standing there in this “office” which was messy to say the least, the owner of the place is sitting three feet away, listening to me ask her about what other smaller suvs they might have and he doesn’t even attempt to introduce himself, smile, ask if he can help, nothing. I only know he was the owner because he loudly let the very elderly man who was In there at the same time as us know. The fact that the “owner” of a business doesn’t even want to make eye contact with a potential customer tells me all I needed to know about wanting to do business there. Saving money or staying in a budget is one thing but this place was downright sketchy. Don’t waste your time"

"Absolutely fantastic experience with this dealership. I have been burned by places like this before so I was a little apprehensive at first. Everyone there is pleasant and seemed generally happy to help you. Most importantly they are honest and upfront. We picked out a vehicle that worked for us at a great price. Instead of letting us just drive off like some places would they kept to vehicle for a few days to make sure everything was working correctly. There was a minor issue when we brought it home, they took it in no questions asked and fixed it within a day. They assured me if anything else happens just bring it in and they will take care of it. I hope not to need another car for quite some time. But when I do I know where I'll be going."
