"I don't write many reviews but Genesee Lumber is exceptional. The big box stores are closer to me but I wanted the advice of experience in planning and executing on my home improvements. Brad was exceptional in helping me order a new patio door, window sash upgrades, and exterior doors for our home. He walked me through the process and ensured that all the right components were ordered. The materials arrived on time, as promised. I had them perform the installations as well and their lead installer, Curt, also exceeded my expectations. He pre-stained the patio door and window sashes and the installations were perfect. His partner, Tom, was also great. He custom built a drop-in security bar for the patio door that looks like a fine piece of furniture. Just a great experience overall."

"Replaced my front entry door and added a storm door. Also had the sub floor repaired before installing new door. Derrick patiently assisted with all my questions and gave me a quote. Curt and Abe came to my house and did the install. They took their time and did a very nice job. They laid down a floor Matt to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up after themselves when finished. They all, were very knowledgeable and professional. Curt was awesome about explaining everything he was doing and why. Would definitely use Genesee Lumber for future home projects. I am very happy with the work they did.
