Oliva! Gourmet Olive Oils & Vinegars is a family-owned business located at 1475 Western Avenue in Albany, New York. Our goal is to provide customers with a unique and enjoyable shopping experience where they can sample some of the finest extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world. We personally select each product we bring into our store, ensuring the highest quality for our customers.
Specializing in Single Varietal, Award Winning Olive Oils, we offer a variety of options including Fused and Infused Olive Oils such as Tuscan Herb and Garlic, as well as fruity oils like Lemon and Blood Orange. Our Aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy are aged up to 18 years using traditional methods.
In addition to our oils and vinegars, we offer specialty products such as truffle oils, sesame seed oil, wine vinegars, and more. We also carry gourmet foods like stuffed olives, salts, and spice blends, as well as a skincare line made with pure Australian EVOO.

"Stopped in during the height of the scary scamdemic and was yelled at by the girl working there at the time because she didn't think my mask was correct. The arrogance, hubris, and hysteria of this child was on full display. The store was empty so one would think she would be glad to have a customer but her little bolshevik had come out of the closet. I left and will never return. Plenty of excellent online shops for unadulterated EVOO high in polyphenols."
"The sales associate was kurt and dismissive and acted as though he didn't want to assist us. We asked to taste one of the olive oils and the associate acted like we were inconveniencing him!!! He reluctantly dispensed oil into 2 sample cups, left them on the counter and literally walked away without handing them to us or saying anything!! My companion & I looked at each other in total disbelief at his rudeness! The oil was good and we both wanted to make a purchase but his rudeness stopped us from buying anything so we left the store disgusted!!!"
