Jordan came out to my office and had samples of everyting and anything (Carpet, pergo, base boards, etc) we needed for our heavy trafficked office. He communicated every step of the way from manufacturing delays to figuring out the layout of our office and its flooring needs. Jordan was AMAZING and a pleasure to work with. The installers did a FANTASTIC job and were super nice! I would recommend Carpet Factory Outlet and Jordan to anyone and everyone that is in need of flooring solutions."

"We had a great experience from start to finish with this location of Carpet Factory. We called to get a quote on some options of carpet or hardwood for our basement and stairs, and Ricky was out that week to give us some ideas and suggestions. We went in, picked a roll of pad and carpet, and installation was scheduled within 2 weeks. The install was a timely process since we had the entire basement and stairs, but one guy took his entire day in making sure it was done and complete before he left. Ricky even stopped by to give some assistance and double check that everything was done according to plan. The completed project looks great, and I’m glad we had some input prior to ordering because we wouldn’t have even thought of some of the small details that really make the difference. We’ll be going back in the near future for some other projects."

"Edited 11/23/21: After a few calls, Carpet Factory Outlet came and removed the incorrectly cut carpet and returned it after they corrected the error. It fits perfectly now. Thanks! Original review: I'm deeply disappointed with Carpet Factory Outlet on Transit Rd. We ordered three pieces of carpet from a single remnant. One of the pieces -- the largest -- was cut longer than requested. We found that out after carrying it up two flights of stairs, and, given its size (11x12, not the 11x8'9"requested), there is no way to get it down and back to the store. It's a bound carpet that was not cut to specs and does not fit in the room because of the incorrect cut. We called two employees, and both just essentially shrugged their shoulders. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced."
