"Not only did I help them unload a truck when I was looking for a couch. I also had to help them unload said couch in my home. Then 2yrs later this 1800 got stuck up in the air. After weeks of back n forth which I knew what the issue was....finally got a part that I had to pay for and install myself. For American made I felt like I got better service at RAYMORE AND FLANAGAN.....WHICH I HATE. The old couple who probably opened the store in the 70's need help to get the store in order and to help customers experience and satisfaction. I'm sorry to leave this review but I'm truly unhappy with this experience!"
"My husband had back surgery and realized he needed a lift chair on the day he was scheduled to come home. My daughter and I went to Town and Country and purchased the chair on Wed. (the day before Thanksgiving). The owner took lots of time explaining the features of the chair and agreed to deliver it Thanksgiving morning. He showed up bright and early Thursday morning, set up the chair, and went over everything again. He couldn’t have been nicer. We are grateful for his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile."
"What a delightful experience to buy an American made sofa, where old fashioned courtesy exists. The owner ,Roger is a Veteran & extends the courtesy to Veterans of a tax free purchase with military proof. Delivery was prompt & set up appreciated. I made a decision to purchase a sofa on the 3rd & delivery was promptly on the 7th. My sofa is beautiful & came with 4 beautiful pillows."
