"Hello, just a note about recreational warehouse. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am compelled to share mine with you folks. My experience in purchasing a fireplace installation was absolutely very pleasant no problems whatsoever the sales person at the store was extremely friendly and informative. The installer was on time coming to my house, he also was extremely pleasant and informative. He installed, cleaned up and thanked me for my business. Unfortunately, that’s not how business generally pans out it is very difficult days in any event just simply a great pic thank you to Rec warehouse. It’s employees and a great business in our Tonawanda’s community , happy new year. Best regards."

"I have been going to Recreational Warehouse for over 20 years. We bought our pool there. The people there were helpful caring and took the time. It was a big purchase for us, so I had many questions. They were very patient with me and showed me what I needed, did not push or over sell, they allowed me to feel comfortable and make my own decision. I have gone back many time to purchase chemicals, supplies, leaned on their expertise in what I needed. I have also purchased my Weber grill, patio furniture and my fireplace from them, each and every time I was treated with respect and made it a friendly comfortable discussion. As soon as our deck gets done- I plan to go visit them to get a hot/Spa. My brother also has recently purchased a pool from them as well and experienced the same type of service. Great place, friendly people."

"My wife and I just purchase ventless gas logs from here and are more than satisfied with our purchase. They have a great selection with lower prices than we found at other stores. The salesman was knowledgeable and help us select the right logs for our fireplace and budget. The logs are realistic and were exactly what we were looking for. I also use Recreational Warehouse for all of my pool supplies and equipment. They even installed a security fence near our pool for the safety of our grandchildren. They have a great selection at reasonable prices."

"I normally do not write reviews but my recent experience went so well I decided to do so. Recently purchased a gas insert ( Monnessen ) for my fireplace and what a huge difference . My heating bills went down - it’s nice to have instant heat on cold days versus hauling in wood from my garage. My kids and wife love it. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable and the guy who installed the insert was great. Thanks to the staff at Recreational Warehouse for a really nice experience! I will be back ."

"If you want outdoor furniture containing toxic waste and rat/bird feces this is your store. If you want garbage service and inflated prices again this is your store. I've seen the behind the scenes and this store and owners are filthy. When I was told the store hadn't been mopped in 3 years I almost fainted in disbelief. I got sick for 3 days after being ask to clean rat feces with my bare hands and was then blamed for being sick. The warehouse employees are all ex convicts so I wouldn’t be surprised if the reviews about them stealing were true. The owner and his son would laugh and insult customers. Was told by a warehouse employee that all of the outdoor and indoor furniture was made with very toxic chemicals in China. Don’t give Walt your business he is a sketchy business owner who couldn’t care less about his customers."
