"I haven’t been sleeping well and determined I needed a new mattress. So, to use my time efficiently, I dropped into Metro Mattress after dinner and drinks with a first date (he was happy to help test). Our sales associate, Chris, enthusiastically greeted us and asked the right questions to narrow down which ones to test. We were provided with pillows and tried at least 9 mattresses. I didn’t feel rushed and every question I had was answered. I chose my mattress and went for the 0% financing, approval was quick and everything was explained thoroughly. I’d shop here again."

"DISGUSTING!! My husband and I went into Metro mattress in township5, where we were greeted by salesman “Chris” he showed us mattresses, I wanting to shop around we told him we would get back and took a business card he immediately grabbed the card from my husband‘s hand and said “this is for paying customers!” And took the card and put the business card back, my husband and I were stunned at his action he was very aggressive and was extremely loud at this point, asked us to leave after my husband was explaining to him that we would call him back, and why couldn’t have a business card to call back to place an order, he said” NO” now mind you we were paying a total of $11,000 upfront, but do to the horrendous ,offensive and racist behavior we received we will be taking our business elsewhere. Metro Mattress Company, your employees need to have sensitivity training! BTW this was all on video! If any one checks with the bbb they will see the REAL RATINGS 2.05 and 43 complaints in the past in 3 yrs this is public knowledge from the BBB"

"I walked in on my lunch break told Mike I need a pillow top bed. He showed me several options and mattress protectors, he was processing my paper work in 17 MINUTES! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend anyone that needs a bed to go see Mike."
