"I have been there a few times now and each time it was awful. The first time one of the workers followed me around the whole time “in case you stole something” and the drink machines was being “cleaned”. The next time same thing. This last time the coffee machine wasn’t working and the cashier added in two slices of pizza that we didn’t even have. Horrible place. I encourage anyone needing something quick to just find somewhere else."
"Horrible customer service, theres a bald man who works here with a black hoodie. He is very rude and mistreats/discriminates me everytime I walk into the store. When confronted as to why, me a customer who has been spending money there everyday, is being treated horrendously, his response was he didnt like me quote on quote. Unacceptable, I am a very nice person and very rarely leave reviews, but being mistreated in this store has crossed a line with me. Stuff is never properly stocked as well here or in general kept clean. Machine for card almost never works either. I will be reporting this behavior to the BBB Unacceptable behavior."
"First 7/11 ever that won't let you bypass the pin to your card. Never an issue anywhere else but here I tried two different mehtods with same card. My card and Samsung wallet and nope the guy said I have to try and use pin. Super sus ain't with it. Never again stopping by this 7/11 ima stick to the one in baldwin Never an issue EVER. If you've been here check your bank statements just incase. I don't do review for places so the fact I did says alot. If it could be 0 I would"
"I asked where the Napkins were, the worker SNEEZED in his hand before handing me some from behind the register. There were no napkins at the coffee or hot food stations. But sneezing and had handing me napkins without cleaning his hand is disgusting! He must be trying to get me sick!"
