"One of two large Chinese supermarkets within a two block area. I love supermarkets like this. Their selections and prices on fruits and vegetables are rarely approached by standard American markets like Key Food, Shoprite, etc. If you have never visited this kind of supermarket, you owe it to yourself to hop the Jamaica bound M or R train to Elmhurst Av stop. A short walk past the park gets you to both SF and US supermarkets. If you are a Vegan, you will think that you've died and gone to heaven."
"Salmon smells terrible. Cashiers all have nasty attitude. They just checked your items out and Throw to the corner like trash. Speeding to make a sale to take the next customer. Some of them so miserable they hate their job. You are dealing with the public put on a better face and be more polite you’re taking the peoples money be thankful"
"Great selection for Asian groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables. They sell live seafood and even big turtles (which made me sad however). They keep the veges fresh and clean and cut nicely. Lots of Chinese and Asian inventory. It gets very crowded bc it’s a good place to shop. There are 2 levels of parking but it’s limited but it’s free. Prices are good. It could be a bit cleaner but that’s just my standard of going to Hmarts which are always immaculate."
"Update 5/2021: lots of Korean and Japanese products, like fish sausages, sour kimchi, one of the banana milk brands sold out and are not being replaced. Im hoping this is a logistics issue and not someone forgetting to restock. They carry the YouTube popular Korean corn dogs in the back frozen section. Really good with saricha sauce. Toaster oven for 10 min and they are crunchy gooey good. _________________ They have the hard to find Korean Banana milk in two different brands. Good amounts of Korean products like ramen and thin dry noodles, Japanese products and of course Chinese grocery. Banana milk deserves 5 stars."
