Big guy needs too learn too be a better manager and not call the police on tenured customers for trespassing.. hilariously wasting everyone’s time there are so many ways to handle customers better and be consistent with your words like how chick fil a says my pleasure too every customer even the rude ones. If the prices were better I’d give it 3 stars. One bad goose sometimes ruins the gander"
"You would think with the price of gas someone could put wash fluid and paper towels in the outside dispenser so customers could clean their windows!!"
"Convenient location in center of Fairport, including good entry / exit despite being at a major intersection. 90 octane -- used to be 91 :-) -- ETHANOL FREE at a competitive price = my choice for premium gasoline for my high performance engine vehicles. Area for Improvement: pay at the pump stopped giving receipts... seems to always say "go inside.""
"Card reader doesn't work right, had to switch spots, then they were out of basic car wash cards and refused to just give me a premium card instead I had to go down to the other malchos and try to explain to no avail so they didn't give me the card...finally the car wash guy just gave it to me."
"The lady who posted before looks like the "let me speak to the manager" type clearly not educated. Great service i havent had an issue with any of the workers. They all know me by name and treat me with respect"
