"Back in 2020 i bought a vanilla gift card with $100, the new worker didn’t know how to activate it and put $100. Although he insisted he did it already, he didn’t. When i came back to complain because it wasn’t working he refused to give me a refund, i lost a hundred dollars. I contacted vanilla gift and because the employee didn’t give me a receipt I couldnt could my money or verify I didn’t steal it. Ill never forget to this day still, how i lost $100 because lousy manager not wanting to teach their employees what they should know."

Turns out he works there and was watching me to make sure i wasnt stealing. If i came here, its because i have money to PAY for my item. He followed me all the way to the register.
