"Horrible. I will never spend my hard earned money in this place again. Suffering from a sore throat, I visited this 7/11 on 9/6 to buy a hot tea with honey and Tylenol. Unfortunately they were out of honey packs so I decided to buy a bottle instead. The price of the bottle read $4.49. When I went to make my purchase I was charged $7.29. Of course I bought this to the attention of the cashier but his response was“the price went up”. I showed him the $4.49 label, he read, took it from me, crumpled it up and threw it on the floor and said again “the price went up”. With my throat on fire I left everything on the counter and walked out. I refuse to spend my money in a place that does business in this manner."

"Cashiers seem half awake and the place is filthy. Also, they are NOT open 24/7"

"This 711 is not 24 hours it is NOT listed that they close from 3:00am 6:00am. The new workers are friendly than the last crew. They should advise customers of the hours of operation."

"After a long day at I decided to stop at this establishment to grab a light meal. The food on display was old and severely dried out. I was willing to order double of what was available but the employees refused to accommodate me. I never will set foot in this store due to Poor Service!!! I will be contacting corporate as both employees refused to give me their names, and proceeded to talk about me in their language. The attitudes I received will not be tolerated!"
