"If I could give 0 stars, I would. They always have a problem or an attitude with me when I bring in my dog (an 8lb shih tzu) that is a service dog. Not to mention it’s not like I’m shopping around in there. I carry her in, give the money and tell them the pump, and walk right out. They always shoo her away with their hand even though she is doing absolutely nothing to them not even barking or anything because again she is trained. Besides the point, the guys working are incredibly rude no matter who I get. They have no respect for their customers whatsoever. Today, I went in and gave the guy 20. I told him it was pump 13 and he okayed it. Again, I got attitude though and a rude nasty face since I had my dog in my hand. Anyways, I go to the pump and I’m sitting there for the screen that says to click the type of gas. It never comes up. I click my type of gas again, put the pump in, and it just kept saying wait a moment. I did this for all of a good 5 minutes before I got frustrated and went inside assuming that possibly something was wrong with the pump. No. Nothing was wrong with the pump. Long story short, I went inside and I told the guy. He very rudely put his finger up and said one second. Then I told him about the screen and he laughs and pulls a 20 off the top of the register and goes this was yours?? And I said yeah. Continued to laugh under his breath and kept thinking it was funny by giving me a look. The reason this happened was because the worker was so out of his mind that I brought my SERVICE DOG in that he completely didn’t even put my money into the pump. I will never come back here again. The staff needs to be reprimanded about their behavior as it is absolutely insane and ridiculous. Inappropriate not to mention. If they do not want pets in their store, THEN PUT UP A SIGN. If they had a problem with me bringing in my dog who did no wrong and helps me, they could’ve asked me to either leave or asked if she was a service dog. I will be reporting this to the higher ups so please provide the contact. Thank you."

"Prints coupons for the Burger King inside and for coffee, beer and milk for the market but don’t honor them! No codes worked in the Burger King for all 16 coupons printed and clerk wouldn’t/ couldn’t manually enter the coupon price. Bolla Market store clerk/manager looked at the coupons for his market and just stared at them like he had no idea what they were. If you print coupons you must honor them."

"1000% Shout out to Norman!!! I’m Driving through on my daily car wash and the glare from the sun bounced my signal for my premium wash to the car in the next lane. Immediately Norman assessed and reassured me not to worry. The person that received my credit for the Premium wash wanted to drive through and was asking Norman “why can’t I keep it, it’s mine” he says. Norman went above and beyond in handling this situation. He professionally advised all persons what needed to be done to correct this error and make me whole. He safely directed the cars and the guy in question and myself exchanged places so I could receive my rightful premium wash that I pay for monthly and advised the other customer to drive through again so he could pay for his wash. Thank you Norman for always having a great personality and professionalism that makes my experience with Bolla amazing."
