"old indian guy yells at you for trying to enter the restroom even after paying for $50 worth if gas. There is a HUGE restroom sign lol and this guy says you have to ask for permission and start yelling in his thick indian accent. Cant understand a word he says but just stay away from here. People are rude and nasty for no reason maybe they’re just always in a bad mood."

"I entered this location on 9/25/2019 at approximately 5:20 p.m. I handed the clerk a $20 bill, advised him that I needed quarters to get air outside and requested 2 lottery quickpicks. I was supposed to receive $14 back with $1 of that in quarters, however he handed me $4 with $1 in quarters. When I advised him of his error he stated "you gave me $10". I advised him that was incorrect. He told me I was wrong and proceeded to help the next patron. He offered no resolution at all and had a dismissive attitude as if I was supposed to just walk out. I requested to speak to the manager at which point he called Mohammed. Mohammed requested that I return in the morning when they have counted the draw and he would assist me as he stated "I don't want to keep your money". The next morning, I went in and saw Mohammed who pulled the log book and asked "how much was it?" I said $10. He handed me a $10 bill. I asked if he saw the extra money and he replied yes. I was given no apology or anything. The way your employees handled this situation was totally incorrect and it is poor representation of your brand. I am a loyal Bola customer and frequented this location regularly as I work on the same block. This encounter leaves me questioning future patronage of this chain, especially this specific location."
