"I gave it a two for cleanliness. Food looks old from sitting all day and hot chocolate machine was empty. Both gentleman were on there phones and the taller gentleman said “sorry sir its broke i guess.” I will let management know. The other guy looks at me nods and goes right back to his phone. When i was in the field of plumbing that was my go to store. Service was friendly and helpful. Now you get Rude and just plane lazy. Wont go back."

"They are dealing well with customers but please we want more caring of bathroom cleaning. We appreciate that. For the second week 12/19; the bathroom is dirty. I can’t imagine a manager can accept this bad situation and bad reputation! For the third week, 12/26; instead of fixing the bathroom, they wrote (out of service)! What a smart solution is from a smart manager! Is this the respectful 7/11 that we know? It’s bad reputation! (Jan 16) Bathroom is still out of service, for more than one month! 7/11, this branch, does not respect or feel of customers. Manager doesn’t keen on the location. Jan 23, bathroom is working. We appreciate it. Thank you."
