"Employees have no motivation to help the customers and would rather talk on their cell phones than ring you up. Also be careful with your points on the app they claim it is stealing. The only good employee is the older man with baby on his nametag"
"By far the worst 7-11 I’ve ever been in. Rude workers. Always trying to rip off the customers. They also try to act like the machines are “broken” when using the 7-11 points system to redeem rewards. “No working”. When I ask to try the other computer they refuse. When I finally got one of them to try it magically rang up my coffee for free."
