"I was disappointed we went to get a gift for our God daughter, and the sleeve was damaged it had been on hold?? I returned how you charge full price and don't explain it the only 1 you had, but refer me to the other B&N ? You should've called and said it wasn't in great condition lucky I check before we left. They need More international books in foreign languages Lile Portuguese and French sci-fi, Fiction, magazines etc."

"I love this barnes & noble! very neat & clean, great selections. I especially love the starbucks café! I live in queens where 2 barnes & Nobles with the cafe shut down, replaced by tj maxx & home goods, i was devastated, so yours in Manhasset is my favorite place! Please don't leave!"

"Manhasset location staff was very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed. Cashier scanned my membership card but I had to remind her that I had rewards and wanted to use them. Cashier also forgot to offer me my free tote bag. Luckily I was reminded earlier at their coffee bar that I was entitled to a free bag. Parking is in the back. It’s just a bit tricky getting there, in what is a narrow driveway."

"Beautiful bookstore! All shelves well stocked. Store is immaculately clean and maintained. Parking lot in rear is safe, well lighted at night and has easy access to store. All associates at this B&N are friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Starbucks Cafe inside is equally nice. An overall great shopping and/or browsing experience. Super highly recommended!"

"Good bookstore with a large kids section. There is an elevator and escalator for those who need it. The kids section has a perimeter of bookshelves so there is only one entrance/exit to the kids section which is a good idea. There is a Starbucks located inside the store as well. The parking lot entrance is not clearly marked from the road, you have to drive down a narrow space between buildings, and there is a large tree in front of the sign if you are driving east on Northern Blvd. Would recommend signage inprovements for those visiting for the first time."
