"The fact that the pharmacy department completely shuts down for lunch is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that it is during peak hours when some customers are on their lunch break which could potentially be only time they're able to pick up their prescriptions before the pharmacy closes for the night. I'm not saying that the staff should not be entitled to their lunch. Quite the contrary. What I am saying is that a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR company like CVS can certainly afford adequate staffing to ensure proper coverage during these times. Whoever decided to institute this policy should be ashamed of themselves."

"If you’re looking to get the full “Karen” experience then make sure you shop when “manager” Tina is on duty. Honestly the rudest so called manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. A simple requests to follow through on an exchange one of her employees advised could be done was met without an ounce of customer service and the response “it wasn’t me and how is that my problem?. My next step after this is making sure the corporate office is aware of the poor customer service their employee displayed and to cancel the CVS care pass I’m subscribed to. There is no way CVS will ever see a penny of my money."
