Time taken to ship is reasonable. Last night (Tuesday) I received the shipment delivered by UPS. To my amazement the packing was excellent! The box carried all necessary instructions and the labelling to avoid damages that could happen in transport and to prevent possible spoiling. "I have ordered groceries online from Lakfood several times. Shipping is so fast. I always receive my packages within 2-3 days. They have a wide variety of Sri Lankan items including frozen food such as buns, roti, short eats, etc. Fresh vegetables are also available. They pack everything very safely. Fragile items such as glass bottles are always packed in high quality bubble wraps. They send unexpired fresh items. Once they sent some expired items; however, it was during the worst period of the pandemic. When I contact, they sent me a refund and I was told it happened due to the labor shortage at that time. It never happened again and I understood the impact of the pandemic. Lakfood is the best place to buy all Sri Lankan food and other items that you are missing while living in the US."
